Senior full-stack engineer · Lahore, Pakistan · Open to relocation

I build the systems
businesses run on.

Most of my work lives in the hard middle of a product — the data models, business logic, integrations, and dashboards that have to be correct, not just look good. Ten years of insurance workflows, medical billing, and B2B commerce, in Laravel, React, and Vue.

  • 10+ years shipping production software
  • Insurance · Healthcare · B2B commerce
  • Lead developer · mentors developers · client-facing

Selected work

Four platforms, built to stay up

Four production systems across insurance, healthcare, and B2B commerce — all still live. What each one does, the hard parts, and the stack.

    Dansk Tandforsikring

Danish dental insurance · Lead developer, architecture & client delivery

A live dental-insurance platform covering the full workflow — quotation, dynamic agreement generation, digital signatures, broker management, and customer subscriptions. I lead its development and own the technical decisions across the stack, gathering requirements directly with the client and mentoring the developers working on it.

The difficulty is that almost none of it is a simple form. A quote depends on age, coverage tier, and waiting periods; an agreement has to be generated from that quote, signed digitally, and then held as the record a subscription bills against for years. Each of those steps has to stay consistent with the others long after the customer has forgotten they signed it.

    Auto Secure

    Car insurance & warranty · Full-stack development

End-to-end insurance and warranty cover for vehicles, from car selection through to payment — with configurable coverage, repairer preference, optional health checks, and flexible payment plans built into the quote flow.

The quote-to-payment path is where the complexity sits: every option a customer picks changes the price, the terms, and what the eventual policy document says, so the pricing rules and the contract have to be derived from one source rather than drifting apart. Still in production; my involvement ran to 2025.

    Yellow Beard

B2B coffee commerce & CRM · Senior team member

A unified B2B platform for a coffee company, spanning e-commerce, CRM, sales, and coffee-machine service management across web and mobile. I contributed to architecture, database, API, and integration decisions as part of a senior team.

Three connected applications, each on its own architecture and stack, all reading from one commercial backbone — so the hard part was keeping ordering, customer accounts, and machine servicing consistent across products that were not built the same way.

    ME Billing

    EMR & medical billing · Full-stack development

An electronic medical records system handling patients, claims, payments, appointments, and reporting — the operational core of a medical practice, where a billing error is a real-world problem.

Clinical and billing data have to agree with each other and stay auditable: a claim references a patient, an encounter, and a payment that may arrive in parts, months later. Most of the work went into making those records accurate and reconcilable rather than merely stored.
